WHY I CHOSE TO LIVE IN CHESAPEAKE HARBOUR -- it's like living in a year-round resort; located in Annapolis, right on the Chesapeake Bay south of the Bay Bridge.
It offers a deep-water marina (cost of slips: $2,800 to over $25,000; the average being $3,000 to $7,000), Waterfront Gourmet Restaurant and 452 assorted residences. Sales prices begin in the $ 400,000 range up to over $ 2 million, and we also offer rentals. Prices are subject to size and, of course, location.
There are two beaches, two tennis courts, two pools (one heated), two piers, an oyster shell path surrounding the marina for walkers and joggers, a water taxi within walking distance, cable TV (included in condo fee), high speed internet and 24-hour security. In the evenings, you can dine at our wonderful Gourmet Restaurant, sit at their outside bar, stroll on the beaches or sit on the piers and watch the sunsets. But what this Community best provides, and makes living here so appealing, is the great resort lifestyle.
Living here is not only fantastic, but as one resident says it's a "lock and leave" community. You can lock up, leave and return days or months later and know your home is safe. The amenities are wonderful, and the condo fee includes so much more than any other complex in the Annapolis area (see comparable condo tab on my home page): we have an on-site management office, snow/trash removal, insurance, cable TV, landscaping and lawn service, insurance, road maintenance and of course the Bay, plus all the amenities listed above, all included in condo fee. It's unique, it's the best! Come see for yourself.
NATURE AND HISTORY SURROUND THE BAY
We have ospreys that nest at our marina , bald eagles that soar over our decks, beaches where you can collect artifacts from days of old and a history that dates back to the 1930's. This is where Carr's Beach was once the stage for musicians such as Fats Domino, Ray Charles, Dinah Washington and Ella Fitzgerald, to mention just a few. See Carr's Beach for a detailed history of that era.
